[2] Long-term care insurance rates have been lowered

Long-term care insurance premium rate is reviewed annually to balance profits and losses each year. The rate from March 2024 has been lowered from 1.82% to 1.60%.

Since health insurance and long-term care insurance premium rates are reviewed in March, companies paying employees bonuses in March need to use new rates in calculating deductions. As for monthly payrolls, please change the rates according to each company’s social insurance deduction setting. If your companies are enrolled in other health insurance societies, please check information provided by the societies.
