e-Work Human Resource Consulting Office was established in March 2017 by merging Sawada Human Resource Consulting Office and Human Resources Consultant Matsui Office.
Sawada Human Resource Consulting Office mainly offered services related to compliance with labor laws and regulations, administrative procedures and payroll management, while Matsui Office had expertise in business and labor management, HR planning and labor troubles. By combining the two offices' strengths, e-Work has established a comprehensive structure to support clients' HR and labor management.
"e" in our company name is the initial letter of various words.
Among them is "earth," which represents our wish to offer support to overseas customers who start businesses in Japan.
We also aim to contribute to society through support for companies to achieve efficient organizational management.
